By sending your content to For True Parents for publication on our website and socials, you agree to the content placement terms and the detailed general terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. These terms were last updated in January 2021.

Terms for content placement

1. You can submit stories, videos, and images (hereinafter referred to as content) for the website via info@fortrueparents.com or the registration form on the website.

PLEASE NOTE: there is no placement guarantee. We reserve the right to reject content. It may take several weeks before a placement spot is available.

• The submitted content is unique. This means that it is intended solely for our website and will only be featured on For True Parents, remaining there in the future. Some exceptions are negotiable.
• The user declares that at the time of content submission, they hold the copyrights to the content or that the content is indeed free of rights.
• The submitted content will also be posted on the social media channels of For True Parents. We can tag you in this. If you do not want to be tagged, you must clearly indicate this via email or on the submission form.
• If you would like to post on the website anonymously, you can also clearly indicate this in advance via email or on the submission form.
• If you have content placed with us, you will also (re)post blog posts on your own social media channels and tag For True Parents in them.

Terms and Conditions

Authenticity

1. PLEASE NOTE: the content submitted to us must be unique, meaning that there should not be any copies or parts of it on other websites beforehand, nor after some textual modifications or editing. Some exceptions are negotiable.
2. The content may not be publicly available on other media or channels without permission by email from For True Parents after being posted on our website.

Adjustment

1. We reserve the right to modify the content at any time (not substantively, it will mainly concern spelling errors, poorly constructed sentences, synonyms, omissions, and improvements.) and/or deletions. For True Parents is not a social, but a blog and vlog magazine with its own style that undergoes final editing.
2. True Parents may place an appropriate (affiliate) link in the content. The proceeds will go towards the maintenance and hosting of the website.
3. If the submitted images do not meet our conditions, For True Parents has the right to look for a suitable photo on your Instagram or photo banks. If you prefer not to, you can indicate this in advance by email or on the submission form.

Exploitation

1. The exploitation and copyright of all content submitted by you will belong to us after submission
2. If True Parents create content themselves, the copyright and associated exploitation rights are also ours.
3. By submitting content, you automatically grant For True Parents the right to also post it on all its associated social media channels.

Liability

1. We are not liable for:
   1. Comments on the website and socials
   2. The unauthorized use of content with copyright. The user declares that they have rights over it or that it is completely royalty-free at the time of sending to For True Parents.
   3. The unauthorized use of For True Parents by third parties
   4. Damage resulting from the posting of personal stories and/or comments
   5. Inaccuracies and omissions in articles and/or messages or on pages that are referenced
   6. Third parties who use text and/or images from the website or socials without authorization
